Through our certification and qualification program we ensure that third-party products and applications can be seamlessly integrated into our systems.

The Aastra Approval Partner Program A2P2 provides a platform for Partner Companies to leverage our focus on open standards and to integrate with Aastra products and partners in a controlled environment.

Registered Partner

Registered Partners of our Aastra Approval Partner Program receive an account for visiting our Extranet. This provides access to a range of valuable information supporting your activities on integrating your application with the Aastra Communication Platform including interface specifications, download area containing drivers and documentation, information on our road map and system functionality, FAQs and managed forums.

Qualified Partner

Qualified Partners have the same access to all parts of our Extranet. In addition you will be invited to install your application in one of our test labs either within your country or at Aastra Telecom Schweiz AG in Solothurn. We provide the test infrastructure and together we validate the integration.

We produce a formal test report and, provided that the result is positive, you will be asked to send information on your product to enable us to communicate with our sales partners.

After the satisfactory completion of this process Aastra will issue a qualification certificate and will list your company and product on our Extranet.

Based upon the qualification certificate your company will be entitled to receive 3rd level support on problems.

Certified Partner

Certified Partners have access to all parts of our Extranet. In addition co-operation is more intensive and strategic with the aim of guaranteeing that the conjoined solution will be valid for a longer period across a range of different versions. We encourage deeper integration with our Aastra Communication Platforms.

We invite you to attend individual face-to-face training at our Aastra Telecom Schweiz AG labs in Solothurn where you will meet our application engineers and specialists. We also assign an application engineer to be your point of contact.

After the deeper integration and validation processes we engage in a joint field trial at customer sites.

We also offer to centralize the 3rd level support for our overall customer solution - including your application – and partners can raise support cases within Aastra’s support teams. 

After successfully finishing a field trial we issue the certification certificate, which entitles you to use the 'Certified A2P2 Member' logo. We inform our European sales partners about your certified product and help you to establish business e.g. by inviting you to regional sales partner meetings.
