It is based on the same skills-based routing functionality as our multimedia contact centre solution, making sure that the appropriate agent is contacted.

Administration and management of your call centre is not sacrificed in this Lite version. Solidus eCare Lite includes Report Manager for reports, Information Manager for real-time data and Configuration Manager for user administration.

And, when your business grows beyond 50 agents you can migrate to the full Solidus eCare version with a simple license upgrade – no additional hardware needed!
